2013 ISA water/wastewater division Student Scholarship Winners to be Announced Shortly

scholarship-logoThe ISA water/wastewater division is pleased to report that we had a healthy number of applicants apply for our 2013 Student Scholarship program. Applications were due on January 31, 2013, and the scholarship committee has been meeting to select the winner.

Two prizes of $1000 each will be awarded this year to student members of the ISA water/wastewater division based on a combination of academic achievement (grades) and a personal essay that the applicants submitted.  A unique focus of the scholarship program is to encourage students to pursue higher education that leads to careers in the municipal water/wastewater sector.  An announcement will be made shortly with this year’s 2013 ISA WWID Student Scholarship Winners.

Good luck to all of our student scholarship applicants!
