Call for Abstracts to be posted Jan 16, 2012

The program committee is putting the final touches on this year’s program and the Call for Abstracts will be released shortly.  It will feature two days of speakers, an keynote speaker and an invited speaker.

The Call for Abstracts will be released on Mon, January 16, 2012.

Authors can have three ways they can present their work:

  • a 35-minute presentation with PowerPoint slides (no paper)
  • 6-12 page paper with a 35 minute PowerPoint presentation,
  • large format 3 foot wide x 4 foot tall poster.

Abstracts are due March 7, 2012.
First Draft submissions (after notification of acceptance) are due Apr 25, 2012.

Sponsorship and exhibitor information packages will be available shortly.
